Homeless to Home (H2H) is a rapid re-housing program funded by Seminole County Government and Harvest Time International serving individuals and families who reside in Seminole County. For those that qualify for H2H, we provide in-home case management, rental assistance, one-time utility assistance, employment and job training assistance, and all other services provided by Harvest Time International.
To help meet any additional needs of our clients, we also partner with agencies such as Homeless Services Network, Seminole Behavioral Healthcare, Safehouse of Seminole, Rescue Outreach Mission, Seminole State College, Central Florida Regional Hospital and Goodwill Industries.
The purpose of our program is to successfully return households to economic self-sufficiency and stable housing. By the end of October, we will have assisted 78 households in moving into their new homes, 73% are single parent households.
For those in need:
*Due to the large number of households that have applied for Homeless to Home, we are no longer accepting applications. However, you can fill out the H2H Screening Sheet (see link below) and your information will be kept on file in the event that H2H is able to begin accepting applications again. If this happens, you will be contacted by an H2H staff member. Please understand that you are not being placed on a wait list by filling out the Screening Sheet.
