The Seminole Hope Center provides immediate assistance upon qualification. Families in need are able to receive same day assistance after qualifying through our Client Services Office.
Emergency Food Assistance – Families in need receive free vouchers for food and basic household items. (These vouchers can only be used in our Seminole Hope Center.)
Churches in Central Florida also give out our vouchers to families coming to them for assistance. This enables churches that do not have the capability of running their own food pantry, to help their church members directly.
The Seminole Hope Center also offers a long-term self-sufficiency program which families can qualify for. Families with limited income, not enough to fulfill their basic needs, can benefit from this program that helps those families to be able to take care of their needs while giving small contributions towards the program for the products they receive.
Many churches, nonprofit organizations and government agencies refer their members/clients to these programs, since they do provide a long-term solution for their families.
